Observations on the first half with Wisconsin, 0-24

Wisconsin dominates Michigan with an almost 12 minute time of possession advantage, and converts 3 red zones into 10 points while Michigan scores no points in one red zone trip. Neither team scored on the other's one turnover.

Offense was held to two three and outs, and 124 net yards, two fo 6 on 3rd down conversions and 6 first downs by a dominant Badger defense. Robinson was 4 of 10 for only 22 yards, and had 74 yards in 10 runs. Vincent Smith had 28 yards in 6 carries. Roy Roundtree had 2 catches for 17 yards.

Scott Tolzien is picking apart our defense! He went 13 of 14 for 196 yards, 1 interception, 1 sack. Monte Ball has 14 carries for 92 yards and 2 TDs including a 27 yarder. James White has 92 yards on 9 carries and a 61 yard TD. Mouton and Demens lead the defense with 7 tackles each. Cam Gordon has 5 tackles, Mike Martin, Jordan Kovacs and James Rogers have 4 tackles each. Wisconsin pounded us for 379 yards, 16 first downs and were 3 of 6 in 3rd down conversions

Special Teams continues to be awful!!! Broekhuisen missed a red zone field goal. Gallon fumbles a kickoff and the Badgers recovered at our 28; luckily, James Rogers stopped their last red zone attempt. Otherwise, we'd be down 31-0 at half. Hagerup has looked fine on 3 punts and one kickoff, and Drew Dileo looks like he may have promise as a kickoff return specialist.

Second Half doesn't look promising for a comeback. Hopefully, we can hold them under 83.
